These terms govern access to and use of Axiom Layer by customer organizations and their authorized users.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials and data they provide, and for ensuring they have authority to connect third-party systems.

Axiom Layer is provided as a business software service. Availability, limits, and support commitments are governed by the customer's selected plan.

Customers retain ownership of their data. Axiom Layer retains ownership of the software, documentation, and related intellectual property.

Use of the service must comply with applicable law and must not be used to access systems or data without authorization.
